The Real Juicy!

Here is my kind of juicy.....not the kind that goes across my rear end....the blackberries are coming in right now.....I decided I wanted to make jelly.....here is the first part of my blackberry jelly making adventure. The juicy!

My glass measuring bowl holds 2 quarts but I have filled it very full so I am assuming it will be about 2 1/2 quarts which is what the recipe I am using , from Sure-Jel calls for...

The fun part is the crushing....with a potato masher....the color is beautiful....juicy!
